During the first half of the financial year, Wirtek realized a turnover of DKK 12.9m, being equal to a growth of 19%. The profit before tax for the period resulted in a deficit of DKK DKK 3.7m. During the period the company has spent considerable resources on business development which in the short term implies a lower turnover growth and a larger operating loss than previously anticipated. The financial expectations for the year are thus reduced. However, the strategic perspective is maintained.
