Wirtek Invites Shareholders to the AGM on March 26, 2008 (in Danish)

I henhold til vedtægterne indkalder Wirtek til ordinær generalforsamling.

Den ordinære generalforsamling afholdes onsdag den 26. marts 2008 kl. 16.00 på Wirteks adresse på Nibevej 54, 9200 Aalborg SV

Dagsorden

1. Valg af dirigent.
2. Fremlæggelse af årsrapport til godkendelse.
3. Beslutning om meddelelse af decharge til bestyrelse og direktion.
4. Beslutning om anvendelse af årets overskud, herunder fastsættelse af udbyttes størrelse samt om dækning af eventuelt tab i henhold til den godkendte årsrapport.
5. Valg af medlemmer til bestyrelsen.
6. Valg af revisor.
7. Beslutning om meddelelse af bemyndigelse til bestyrelsen til at lade selskabet opkøbe indtil 10 % af selskabets aktier.
8. Eventuelle forslag fra bestyrelsen og aktionærer.
