With an increasing number of wireless services on a wide variety of mobile terminals with different user interfaces, mobile operators are facing big challenges. Mobile operators must ensure proper setup of wireless services on their subscribers’ mobile terminals and at the same time make sure that their subscribers know how to use these services. If mobile operators fail to meet either of these two conditions, subscribers will be unable to use the services, leading to increased customer care costs as well as a reduction in revenue from wireless services.
